Welcome to J.G. Luxury Transportation, LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By booking our services or using our website at www.jgluxurytrans.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking and Reservations
- Eligibility: Clients must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation.
- Information Accuracy: Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, including pickup/drop-off locations, dates, times, and contact details.
- Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment and a confirmation email will be sent to the client.

2. Payments
- Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified on our website.
- Payment Timing: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
- Pricing: All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
However, confirmed bookings will not be affected by subsequent price changes.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation by Client:
- More than 48 hours before: Full refund.
- 24 to 48 hours before: 50% refund.
- Less than 24 hours before: Non-refundable. -
No-Show Policy:
No-shows will be charged the full fare.
- Cancellation by Company: Full refund will be issued in such cases.
4. Service Usage
​- Conduct: Clients and guests must behave lawfully and respectfully. Service may be terminated without Terms and Conditions refund for unsafe or inappropriate conduct.
- Prohibited Items: No smoking, illegal substances, or open alcohol in vehicles.
- Damage and Cleaning: Clients are liable for any vehicle damage or excessive mess.
5. Liability -
Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or mechanical failure.
- Personal Belongings: Not liable for lost or stolen items.
- Insurance: Vehicles are insured per legal requirements.
6. Privacy Policy Your information is kept confidential and used only for service purposes. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
7. Amendments
We may update these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.
8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Michigan, USA. Disputes will be resolved in Michigan courts.
